First time there and was really a nice experience. A lot of interesting wildlife mounts including a full size Buffalo when walking in the door. Great western atmosphere. Friendly service. Was very classy dining in a more casual atmosphere. We loved it!

Steak wonton tacos are amazing! We had Cheyenne tenderloin, Filet Trio and Wagyu sirloin which were all good. The other entree was the Elk which was undercooked. Ordered med-rare and was still cold in the middle sent back and it was still under when it came back. I think charging for bread and not offering a side with an $88 main course is sad. It’s Jackson, it’s expensive, blah blah blah. It was good, but not sure I’ll go back when we come here again.

Never disappoints. French onion soup is spot on. Blue cheese medallions are fire 🔥 along with a side of sautéed onions and mushrooms. Wife had chicken teriyaki over roasted pineapple. OMG! Get you some! #goodeats. Pairs well with a Wyoming Whiskey, on the rocks, with a twist of lime 😜

Our second year in a row at the Gun Barrel for Christmas Eve Dinner, great for families. The food was amazing, as was our server. Will always be on our list for Jackson dining.

Once the server found out we weren’t high rollers spending big $$ he rushed us through the meal in 45 minutes. He was rude and condescending. Food was fine.
