The idea for The Kitchen came from a vision of a restaurant that would provide something different - a refined, yet casual establishment that would provide modern cuisine with a comforting twist. The cuisine at The Kitchen embraces Asian influence and ingredients including the freshest fish, meats and seasonal vegetables. The presentation is clean, simple, natural and uncomplicated. The beautiful and elegant architecture of the building mirrors the contemporary concepts in the food.     Great food and service! The pork belly fried rice was spicier than expected. We loved the salmon and the arugula salad - peaches in November? Yay! Gorgeous atmosphere.
