    Poor service for a 5 star hotel. Quite poor. Dirty dishes left on table, sat unattended for nearly 15 minutes upon arrival. Had to ask for a server. Under seasoned food. Pretty room. Disappointed. Hadn’t been in many years and had always had a great experience but not this time

    Showed up 3 minutes before our reservation and seated immediately. Prompt service and coffee while reviewing the menu. The food was excellent! Would return on a regular basis if I lived in Chicago.

    We went to the Lobby for a family reunion and our annual kick off holiday lunch. Everything was exquisite! Service was impeccable, food quality great, ambience quiet and festive. Perfect for a holiday gathering. Lovely birthday dessert for our 18 yr old BD girl. You get what you pay for! The only thing I miss is the holiday brunch. Hope some day they bring it back.

    We went for holiday brunch and The Lobby delivered. Beautiful decorations created a splendid holiday atmosphere. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed their dish. The volume was very pleasant, good for conversing. The room is just beautiful.
