We enjoyed our meal more than the couple we were with. Did. We ordered the branzini, the bucatini, and the potatoes with shaved truffle. We also ate oysters. Oysters everything was prepared well and tasted fresh. Service was lacking and as I said our friends did not care for their meals. I know one ordered a salad and one ordered the osso buco. But all in all for a last minute valentine's Day reservation they did pretty well

We had dinner with our teenage kids. The meals were absolutely delicious! We ordered seafood risotto, steak, veal, pasta pesto and chicken entrees. They also had good wine choices. Very nice ambience, good service. I was a bit surprised that the place wasn’t as packed as some restaurants above the 5th Street given the atmosphere and the quality of food.

Unfortunately the calamari appetizer was tasteless and the sauce almost like ketchup. Our entrees arrived before we had time to complain about that, and they were both heavily over sauced. A woman who appeared to be the manager offered us a free dessert when we did inform her of our disappointment but never followed through. Was one of our South Beach faves but will never go back.
