We didn’t leave until 1:30 AM—three hours after our reservation. We checked in and ask the hostess if they had a bar since we were early. She informed us they did have a bartender on duty. He told us no, they weren’t allowed serve any alcohol and he’d be happy to get the manager to explain why.\n\nShe told us they had taken over in September and received a temporary alcohol license that unfortunately expired that morning. Wow! What luck?\n\nWe were going to do a mocktail but then opted for ice tea. Just found it a little odd they would allow their liquor license to expire unless the City is dragging its feet.\n\nA restaurant of this caliber can end up losing money if they are without it for any length of time.\n\nOur server was great, the manager was very professional & we appreciated her honesty. We made reservations for the Valentine’s Day special at 10:30 PM, expecting a smooth, romantic dinner. Instead, we weren’t seated until midnight. After finally ordering, it took another 45 minutes just to receive a simple salad. By 1:15 AM, the second course arrived, but at that point, we were so frustrated we just threw everything into the pot, asked for boxes, and requested the dessert to-go. We didn’t leave until 1:30 AM—three hours after our reservation. The delay completely ruined our plans for the night.

Me and my husband go every couple months if not more we’re very used to going, but we’ve never gone for Valentine’s Day before. Tell me how we spent double than what we normally spend for less food than we normally get and I put in a special request for flowers and chocolates never received those The waitress was very sweet but other than that it was a very poor experience plus we showed up 15 minutes early for a reservation and didn’t get seated till 30 minutes after our reservation

Went for my hubby’s birthday & we took a Lyft so we could have a couple alcoholic drinks. We checked in and ask the hostess if they had a bar since we were early. She informed us they did have a bartender on duty. Found that a little odd.
We got to our table & asked the server if we were able to order a drink. He told us no, they weren’t allowed serve any alcohol and he’d be happy to get the manager to explain why.
She told us they had taken over in September and received a temporary alcohol license that unfortunately expired that morning. Wow! What luck?
We were going to do a mocktail but then opted for ice tea. Just found it a little odd they would allow their liquor license to expire unless the City is dragging its feet.
A restaurant of this caliber can end up losing money if they are without it for any length of time.
Our server was great, the manager was very professional & we appreciated her honesty. The food was good & ended up being an enjoyable experience after all.
