The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Prix Fixe | 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Evening prix fixe menu ends at 10:30 p.m.

Here's to the Plaza's storied past and limitless future to include live entertainment, grand buffet, live music, full bar and complimentary midnight toast of Roederer Cristal to ring in the New Year. Keep these four walls filled with the buzzing excitement that makes our castle on Central Park a location that continues to withstand the test of time. We will welcome guests at 9PM through 1AM. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be non-refundable. No shows will be non-refundable.

    Food was awful. For as expensive as they charge you would think they have better food. Definitely felt like a scam. Very disappointed in my experience. Service was also slow and not attentive. Again, you would think it would be better. Would not recommend, only go for drinks

    The ambiance was very nice. The service was great. The food was very overrated and overpriced. The small sampling of finger foods was presented nicely but the taste was less than adequate. The cost was $95 per person… worth $15 per person at best. Drinks were very expensive but very good. Good experience is you want to visit The Plaza Hotel and be seen; however, we rate this experience as a Three Star at best.

    We had the most amazing day! Fariz our waiter could not have been more attentive; he made our day so memorable. Treated like princesses - if you want to make one very special memory to treasure then afternoon tea at the Plaza should be it

    Beautiful setting and exceptional service. Didn’t like the taste of most of the sweets, but the scones were delicious. Keep in mind, you are paying for where it is. It is definitely not high in terms of the best tea.

    We paid For 2 people 393,33$ taxes & tips. I didn’t like the food at all, nothing special for what I paid I love the place it was beautiful but if I knew that I have to pay 155$ minimum per person I would never have gone. I’m sorry but it’s NOT WORTH IT especially the food.

    Our server was the best. Fariz was kind, efficient and very friendly. The High tea experience was my first and I enjoyed it very much.
