The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.

Food and service were very good. Out only disappointment was they made a change in their menu for New Years and removed one of our favorite items from the menu. The Shrimp Lousiane is always fantastic and it not being available was a big disappointment.

Our food was burned . I guess I have never had a Caesar salad with lettuce burned. They did however try and redeem themselves. The food in the Inn of the Five Graces was very good. Maybe it was just a bad night.

NYE at the Pink Adobe was outstanding! We had the halibut-cooked perfectly-beet salad and raspberry tres leches. Service was top notch and the acoustic guitar added the perfect touch to a really nice dinner.

We are hear twice in our vacation. Delicious food and attentive service. The blue corn bread was one of our favorite things we ate in Santa Fe.

Open table reservation somehow glitched and enabled a reservation 30 minutes prior to their normal opening. Manger was very accommodating and seated us first when restaurant fully opened at their normal time. Thank you! Food was great. Service was attentive. Would definitely recommend and go back again to dine.

Parking has always been a nightmare but once inside the employees are extremely nice and the decor is welcoming. The food was tasty but my lemon drop was a little bland. We were seated in the first room and my chair was next to the next room opening and multi times someone bumped my chair to the point it really was annoying and I even moved around the table.
