Richard has been the custodian of The Potters Arms for over 8 years now, before taking over The Potters Arms his background has been 25 years in the Independent Restaurant trade, working with fresh food, searching and building relationships with the finest suppliers in the area to make sure that the food served from the kitchen is consistently the best it can possibly be.
We have just built a terrace bar which will be open for brunch and crepes, coffees, Ice Cream, Slush Cocktails & Pizzas.

Bill the Head Chef at The Potters has come in and taken over the position and his idea is that The Potters Arms being a Classic British Pub, our Menu should replicate that with lots of homemade pub classics, however with his culinary skills he will introduce a Daily Specials Menu that will be superb quality.

I brought two friends here for lunch. Very friendly and attentive staff and the food was delicious, hot and fresh. Much appreciated on a cold January day. Good options of fish and a number of veggie options for non meat eaters.

We went to Potters on Sunday Service was exceptional, the meal came very quickly. The meat portion was very generous ,unfortunately my and my party were both in agreement that the vegetables were a bit on the mean side. Apart from that the meal was really nice a little warmer would have been nice

Staff very accommodating. Big portions. Food could have been a little hotter. But the extra gravy we asked for helped.

A friendly welcome when we arrived about 20 minutes early and able to sit down and order. Good range of options on the menu to suit all of our tastes and needs at reasonable prices. Good and pleasant service for our post funeral gathering.

The staff were wonderful and our group of nine felt well looked after. We enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch, with the roast dinners being excellent (and large) . The kids loved the freshly made pizzas and were very pleased with the mint choc-chip ice cream. We would highly recommend and will definitely come back. Thank you!
