Our hostess was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our server was a bit brusque making us feel rushed with our orders. The dining room did not seem full, but the kitchen was slow. The food was excellent - generous and well prepared. we loved the coconut cream pie!

The restaurant is accessible from the Westin hotel, so no need to go out in the weather if you stay there. Michael did a great job looking after us. He provided advice and recommendations regarding the menu and paced the delivery of food to our needs. Sides are good portions and can easily be split between two or more people. Overall a great experience.

Great evening out. Ordered the Beef Carpaccio as our starter, then my main was Mushroom ravioli. Same 2 items from our last visit and just as good! My partner had the ribeye. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. What we enjoy equally was our great service. Taylor was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, professional and made our dining experience a “10”.

The jumbo shrimp cocktail is so delicious. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the accompanying peppercorn sauce was so tasty. I also highly recommend the sharing plates of salt and vinegar fries, sautéed asparagus and mushrooms. And the real reason I keep going back to The Shore Club is the impeccable service which is the best in Ottawa. Thank you to all the staff at The Shore Club!

I’m a foodie.. I’ve been to many fine dining restaurants in the US, Europe, Mexico, and Canada.. the food was great but our service was amazing! Our waiter was the best we ever had.
