   Had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner at The Southern Gentleman!! 100/10 recommend. Nothing from the menu disappointed! We had the hushpuppies, bbq pork belly, and braised short ribs. The food was delicious, service was fantastic and ambiance was perfect.

   One meal was great, one was not. Ordered the Southern Grit Bowl and the Bacon, Egg and Cheese croissant and they forgot the cheese. It was also luke warm. Cocktails were good though.

   Just ok. Won’t go back. Fried chicken was bland and seemed to be re-fried to heat it up. Brussel sprouts were greasy with overpowering bacon taste. Potato’s were runny and bland. Redfish was just ok. My first plate of redfish came out raw and cold. They brought me a new plate, and threw in salad and a glass wine for the mishap. Nice gesture. Food just isn’t that good. Beef tartar appetizer was ground up beef with a lot of fatty tissue. Not good. Tasted like raw ground beef. Pricey menu for mediocre food.

   Food was good, though portion sizes are smaller than they were in the past. There is no bread service or option available other than a sweet potato cornbread to be ordered as a side item.

   A yummy dining experience! The food offers a perfect blend of flavors that truly satisfies. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing meal with friends. The music adds to the overall vibe, with an uplifting tempo that enhance the atmosphere without being overwhelming. The sweet potato cornbread wasn’t a hit, and should be taken off the menu (in my opinion).
