Blacked cod with braised chard was soggy. Supposed to be fresh but it was soggy not flaky. Pasta under cooked rubbery. Servers polite and very nice.

Fine dining at its best. Imaginative and beautifully presented menu choices along with carefully selected wine list and cocktails, impeccable service. If you appreciate fine dining, the Towne House Restaurant at Wine and Roses is not to be missed.
