   Disappointing from the moment, we walked in. Got there when the restaurant opened for dinner and they chose to see us in a dark back crowded corner. And it was at a small table for two. Hostess said we couldn’t sit at a larger table for four people anywhere else in the restaurant. Plenty of other tables open in the main restaurant which they chose to seem to seat couples that had man with them. And several twosomes at tables for four. We were upset and the hostess came back later to try to ask if we wanted to move, but by then the night was already off to a bad start. And the hostess obviously told our server that we were not happy so when he came over, he said I know you didn’t want this table, but you got the best server in the restaurant. Didn’t appreciate the hostess telling the server and the server trying to make us feel better at a Small table for two behind the wall in the corner. Other than that bad start, our waiter was good.Service good. For upscale nice restaurant, also ordered a dinner that came with a side of mashed potatoes, broccoli and carrots. I asked if I could get a little side of pasta instead and it was a quick and definite no. I was told the chef won’t substitute anything ever. Who serves chicken Parmesan in an Italian restaurant with a side of mashed potatoes, broccoli and carrots? It should be pasta, especially if requested. The restaurant was recommended by a good friend so I hate to tell him the truth how disappointing it was. Food was OK but not great. Other much better Italian restaurants, nearby, and around, for even a lesser price. Evening out was pretty much ruined from when we were seated. Guess they want to hide two older woman in a back corner. Front tables even with an empty restaurant are for men or couples with a man. So much for a night to celebrate.

   We have been coming here for decades and have NEVER had a bad meal. Waitstaff is excellent. Always knowledgeable and efficient. Always a special night

   This is always a treat. The tomatoes that are complimentary are so delicious….i am told they are marinated but the color and flavor have to be from the product itself. We rarely deviate from our favorites here. We start with clams oreganato and last night got extra roasted garlic. The dish was split in the kitchen which was nice. Entrees were the langostinas which are not on anyone else’s menu…so delicious over angel hair with oil, and more roasted garlic!!! It is expensive but wonderful. A lovely Italian white wine washed it all down. We didnt have any dessert…no point to gild the lily!!! Attentive service is a hallmark here.

   We celebrated a big birthday and the staff couldn’t have made it any better. Tony and his staff were amazing. Thank you for making a great memory.

   Food was good. I had the pasta seafood special but didn’t love it.. it came in a broth and lacked flavor. My husband got the veal and it was excellent ! Loved the starter of complimentary housemade bruschetta and bread ! Service was excellent and they had a good selection of wines. Overall i really liked it and will go again but order a different dish

    Wonderful dinner and superb service! Sam was a good seever. Veal chop marsala special was delicious and so were the lobster ravioli.
