   We are very pleased with the service. Entering to leaving, we appreciate the hostesses, all were nice, especially the one wearing the military jacket. We also loved our server and I am sad I do not remember her name. She was great, including the servers who brought the food to the table and some drinks. The food was delicious. Please stay consistent. Thank you.

   Seated earlier than our scheduled reservation time while awaiting arrival of our three quests. The noise level is low enough for pleasant conversation despite the restaurant being packed at 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening. While our appetizer and bar drinks were served within a reasonable time of the server taking our order while awaiting for our guests to arrive, our guests didn’t receive their drinks or food for well over thirty minutes after arrival. Also, a “medium well” burger requested was delivered “medium rare”. Without requesting, the manager did provide us with a free dessert as he must have known about long wait times for drinks and food. Based on prior visits, this experience was a “one off” and won’t keep us from returning.

   Always great however the owner was not at the property or Manager last night and they were out of the butternut squash. Soup and service was fair.

   We’ve been coming here since the opening. I appreciate the effort put into the healthy ingredients and the flavors. The portions have dwindled down significantly and it is noticeable, plus the prices are higher like everywhere else. I’ll probably come back during the discounted happy hour period.

    We had a great experience Friday evening on 2/21/25. True Food kitchen appears to have had a change of management and staff (and for the better) since my past visits. The service from every server was friendly and professional , the food was hot and delicious and even the manager came to our table to see how we were doing. We both had the butternut squash soup and the grass fed burgers with salad (one kale and the other the regular side salad). I will definitely be going back.
