Food was really good and Mark, our server was friendly and attentive. The patio area was shaded and had a nice breeze which made outdoor dining comfortable. A favorite for lunch and happy hour.

We ordered the brussel sprouts, they were excellent. We then ordered the beef tenderloin to split and each got a side house salad. That was the BEST piece of beef either of us has had in a REALLY long time, worth ever penny. We loved the polenta croutons on the salad. Good enough to eat alone, a must try for everyone. This now my boyfriends favorite restaurant in Castle Rock!!!!

menu is loaded with great items at very reasonable prices. Restaurant is very clean and staff was excellent. Parking is a challenge. There is a semi-public garage across the street but first several levels are all reserved for residents.

Liz was outstanding; she made sure we were comfortable, our food served in good time, and took the time to ask if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend Union Bistro!

The creamy Pueblo green chili dip was amazing and our Chi-town sandwiches were equally as good! The service was a bit slow and the coconut cream pie which is usually awesome was just ok!

Came there Saturday evening for the first time can’t remember our server’s name she was polite , knowledgeable and a very friendly person. We just ordered a few of the small plates to try and they were excellent. Also a major score on half price drinks very good lemon drop martinis. Will definitely go there again!!
