   We have a lot of history with this restaurant and we keep coming back because it is always amazing. The service as well as the food, is always excellent. We had the salad below, to start. First time having it. Excellent.  Insalata Di Stagione $14.00 baby spinach, house bacon, red wine poached pears, golden raisins, goat cheese, balsamic-fig vinaigrette We had the bolognese and the lobster ravioli. Also excellent

   When dinner is the first stop on a special night you only need a few things…Excellent service, amazing ambiance, and great food. Vetro checked all the boxes. I’ll be back and highly recommend!

   The fish special tonight was so incredible. (Wahoo with broth over polenta etc). Violet provided great service as always.

   Everything was superb from the service to the food to the atmosphere. The veal was excellent and so were the mussels. Tiramisu is the best in town!

   Some portions are very small. I had the vegan tortellini entree and had I not added shrimp to it, it would barely have been a light appetizer and was still barely an entree. Similar case with other entrees ordered in terms of portion. A bit of a strange dining experience. We were downstairs and it was pretty noisy. Overall ok but wouldn’t go back.

   Very surprised we have not tried Vetro 1925 until last night. It was great. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

   Good entrees and drinks. Rude waiter and annoying music. Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day dinner. The food and drinks were great. Only thing that stood out was the tiramisu saying it was “prepared in the traditional manner” but came out covered in chocolate syrup instead of cocoa powder. Was not impressed by that. Got to my reservation on time and ordered drinks and an appetizer. Waiter came to ask if we knew what entrees we’d like pretty immediately after we got the app (15 minutes into reservation). We said we hadn’t looked and decided yet. Waiter says “well your reservation is booked for an hour and thirty minutes. There’s someone coming behind you so I suggest you start looking” and stormed off. Don’t rush me only 15 minutes into my reservation when I’ve ordered plenty already. Additionally, do not say rude garbage like that to my date. I made the reservation. I know how long it’s for, it says it many times when booking. I know what day it is. Then he took forever to actually come back and take the orders, check on us, bring the check, etc for the rest of the night. Rush me but then drag your feet to actually get us out the door? Weird. The music playing was also annoying. It was all 2021 era indie pop songs that had snippets go viral on tiktok. It was also quite loud at times having to shout and repeat things to have a conversation. Not the vibe I was expecting.

    Wonderful Valentine's Day date, great atmosphere dark and romantic downstairs. Lobster ravioli and pollo sundried tomato pasta were also incredible. WI wouldand will be visiting again.
