   A group of five of us celebrated birthdays at lunch in the modern and elegant indoor setting. (The garden and patio are spectacular, but it was too cold and windy to eat outdoors.) It was very crowded and therefore somewhat noisy, but frankly we had no trouble conversing because the tables are well spaced. We were given a nice round table with ample seating of a booth and two chairs. The table might have been tight for five diners except for the excellent and prompt bussing of empty plates, bread baskets, and cocktail glasses. Our waiter was really outstanding, very professional but also friendly and humorous. Three of us enjoyed flatbreads while the birthday ladies loved their curry chicken salad and steak sandwich. A luscious dessert with candle was brought to the table to finish off a wonderful meal. Vintner is not an inexpensive restaurant, but its price point is well worth it given the ambiance and excellent cuisine. (Plus four of us had leftovers to enjoy another day.)

   Vintner Grill has maintained its excellence for years. Chicken is by far the best in Las Vegas! It’s nice to have a local restaurant that is comparable to the restaurants on the strip

   Everything was good, but nothing was great. The sound level is high and the weird glass panels with old movies showing is distracting and some of the effects send out beams of uncomfortable light. The filling in the lump crab ravioli was quite nice, but the pasta was a bit stiff (under cooked).
