Chef Gio Osso’s intimate gathering spot is tucked inside Old Town Scottsdale’s Bespoke Inn, where his menu features contemporary cuisine inspired by his Mediterranean roots and global influences. Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

*Please note, we offer both a 3-5 course prix fixe choice starting at $95 per person and an ala carte menu. If choosing the prix fixe menu, the whole table must participate. In order to streamline service, we do require prix fixe menus to be utilized on all groups of 5 or more. We look forward to serving you! Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will result in a fee of $50 per guest, thank you.

Outstanding service and food. Truly deserves it's 5 Star ratings as we had some of the best dishes ever. Both patio and indoor seating offer beautiful settings. They truly treat hospitality and cooking as a craft!

Food was good but not spectacular. No non- alcoholic options but fruity sugary imitations. Get with the times and offer some alcohol free spirits. You can make a lot more money than you can when someone is relegated to water with their nice meal. Also I asked for my scallops without rice and a vegetable substitute and got an argument from the waiter that the chef thinks rice is the best side for the meal. Went on until I told him fine put it on the plate but I won’t eat it. My companion pushed it and they finally relented and gave me asparagus. Beware if you have dietary restrictions as they are not very accommodating. I would not return.

There is a set menu for a party of 5 or larger. There isn’t anything in the website that states that. It’s 95 dollars a person not including drinks. Not a big deal but had picky teenagers and elderly with us that didn’t want that much food. Almost got up and left but didn’t have a reservation any where else and everything is booked on a Saturday night in Scottsdale. If you sit outside, there will be large peddle carts things filled with people loudly going by during your meal. It was a decent night but will not return. The highlight was the service. It was outstanding.
