Steakhouse•WallingfordJoule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. Lenox Avenue is known for its diverse dining scene and rich cultural history. The restaurant's menu features traditional dishes from Puerto Rico, Cuba, and other Afro and Latin American countries, prepared with high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.Over the past three years, Lenox Afro Latin Soul has made its mark as a dynamic pop-up restaurant in Seattle. We’ve had the honor of partnering with a multitude of Seattle restaurants, as well as residencies at local craft beer breweries.Built off support from the Seattle Restaurant community and the success of Chopped, our initial dream to open a brick and mortar location in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood has come to fruition.

We are happy to modify dishes for dietary restrictions; please advise when making reservations. We offer four tasting menus from which you may choose: omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan, ranging in price per person from $175-$205. We have a supplemental a la carte menu, and tasting menu items can also be ordered a la carte. Dress code is elegant, formal *no leisure or athletic attire please.
