Hawksmoor NYC
American•Gramercy ParkLocated in the heart of Gramercy in the restored Assembly Hall of the landmarked United Charities Building, Hawksmoor is a steak restaurant that celebrates all-natural, pasture-reared, and traditionally dry-aged beef. Our beef is seasoned simply with sea salt and cooked over live-fire charcoal. Our seafood is locally and sustainably sourced from northeastern waters and we use small-farm produce whenever possible. On Sunday afternoons Hawksmoor keeps with the tried-and-true British tradition and features a Sunday Roast. In addition to the extensive award-winning wine-list from l’abeille, l’abeille à côté offers a curated list of 10 sparkling, 10 white, and 10 red wines, bringing together a worldwide selection of adventurous and classic wines. Guests are welcome to bring bottles not currently offered on our wine list (both l’abeille and l’abeille à côté) to enjoy with our menu for a corkage fee of $100 per 750ml bottle.
