I booked a reservation for 8pm on Saturday the 23rd, obviously a very busy time, unfortunately I ended up waiting approximately 20 minutes before placing even my drink order, the positive turn was my server was immediately apologetic and proceeded to provide amazing service from then on, the food was extremely good, I had a caesar salad, maple salmon and turtle cheesecake. Being at the restaurant at 8pm let me see the fireworks over the falls which was a real treat. Being a busy Saturday things were a little loud ambience wise, but it's to be expected. Overall it was a good experience, hope to visit again.

Great Food, Great Service, Great View! Not very loud, went at 7;30 and got to see the fireworks. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

Watermark was a great dining experience. The menu has enough variation to please almost everyone, and the presentation and quality were superb. We appreciated that portions were enjoyable but not overwhelming. The sorbet in particular was creatively presented, intense in flavor - just delicious and a perfect end to the meal. A must for dessert! We will be back on our next visit.

The restaurant is incredible. Even though it’s the decor is dated I still think it’s a beautiful place. The food is delicious and service is excellent. We really enjoyed our evening there.

Very nice restaurant. Great service… didn’t rush us. Let us enjoy. Portions were just right. Price fixe meal had lots of options for both appetizers and main. Would highly recommend

My wife and I were celebrating our 49th anniversary. I had booked the meal 6 weeks out. Not knowing the layout of the restaurant. At the top over the eating area was a “bar”. From experience I know people get loud, vulgar and obnoxious when drinking. The sound became overbearing and very unpleasant. Ridiculous at best. Every single customer was complaining. Very very poor booking on behalf of the hotel according to our waiter. He put the fault on a group of 40 that showed up for cocktails. They should have been moved to a private area or even the casino. Very sad experience for us to travel here at such a great expense to suffer at the hands of a “ho down”!! Our room had so so many issues and then that! Never would I return to this hotel. Extremely over priced for our experience!
