   They advertise a 3 course dinner for $79 but then charge you significant surcharges for what you order. It's like Trumps tariffs.

   That's the first time we visit Watermark. The falls view table was excellent. The service was very good. Food was good too. Will visit next time we go down to the fall.

   We enjoyed the date night deal, and it was great experience for the value  the violinist playing was a very lovely added touch

   This restaurant is atleast double if not triple the price it should be for food and service. The view is good if you have a window view of the falls. However, even though we requested a window table with a note on the booking that it was a birthday we got terrible seats as window seats sat empty. We booked well in advance and the host had no idea about any of that as she was surprise to find it was a birthday booking when we came in. Clearly no thought was put in to booking lag times or occasion. This was inspite it was not or first time booking this restaurant. The food and service is quite mediocre with many more low points than highlights. At every turn the service failed. Apps before bread, no drink order before mains, seated poorly next to the violinist (good but way to loud if seated so close) and with empty, dirty tables we had to look over to see the falls for the first 30 minutes untill these tables were finally cleared. Again no drink order before dessert. They couldn't have helped this problem from occurring but there was a 30 minute problem for getting the debit/credit machine that was such a debacle that they made it their problem due to bumbling the issue. As for the food, it has gone down hill from our last visit. I had a glazed salmon that lacked all the texture and nuance of the described menu item. Broken and wet sauces, soggy spinach made it worse . This is amateur work. The stand out was the raspberry sorbet. The most egregious offense is the oysters. What are they thinking putting the oysters on a steep angle around a cone of ice. All the oysters liquor drained off before it even came to the table. This is a dish designed poorly for photos with no thought put to the enjoyment of the discerning or even slightly experienced customer. $300+ before tip. I will never go back.

   This is a tourist-focused restaurant—don't look for fine dining or an exceptional experience. The view is great, the decor is a bit dated, and the server was friendly. The food and wine were mediocre at best. Touted as a fine dining experience, it is not. It's a shame; it could be great.

    Great food, medium rare steak cooked to perfection. Waiter "Darren" was great, didn't bug me every 10 minutes. Very polite and professional. Food was delicious and I will be back
