Weber’s Restaurant is an Ann Arbor tradition serving authentic Classic American cuisine from our kitchen and bakery since 1937. Famous for prime rib and live Maine lobster, Weber’s offers a crowd pleasing selection of broiled steaks, local seafood, and house made desserts. Weber’s ambient dining room features stunning A-frame architecture with large vintage stained glass windows. As always, the food at Weber's was great. There were 4 of us. We had Escargot as an appetizer. share 2 salads, a Wedge and the House Salad. Ten we had a Crispy Chicken sandwich, a French Dop sandwich, the Lobster Thermidor made from the Twin Lobster Tail option since they were out of Fresh Lobsters the day after Christmas, and the Half Duck. All the food was delicious and 3 of us brought what we could not finish home. The restaurant was nice and quiet even though it appeared to be busy. But what really made our lunch outstanding was the perfect service from Sarah V. She was on top of everything without being over the top, which is a perfect level of service.

The steak was great. My daughter enjoyed the scallops. The lobster bisque was wonderful. I recommend it.

Weber’s is good as always but they were out of the lobster and the scallops at 5:30, which is what we went there for to celebrate our anniversary. The alternatives were good along with the ambiance and service.
