   Wolfdale’s is an absolute gem in Tahoe City! Every dish is crafted with care, blending fresh, high-quality ingredients with creative flavors. The menu perfectly balances refined and approachable, and you can tell the team puts real thought into every plate. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a beautiful lake view.    Very nice upscale place. Ticks all the boxes. Decent sized portions. Their mocktails need refining. Tasted like soda pop. Really nice dinner in a really nice place. Go!

   This restaurant is not cheap, but the food is delicious! Wonderful presentation and exceptional service. Will definitely go back! Best restaurant in the area .

   Service and ambiance were great. Nice spot for interesting fancier offerings in a city full of pubs and pizza. Had nice mock tails which were great because we don’t drink much. Prices were decent, especially for various sides that weren’t too small. The only issue was that everything was a bit bland. Not enough oil/fat, not enough salt, and generally not enough flavor. For some asian fusion dishes the ginger tempura sauce tasted like soy colored water with ginger that had been cooked so the flavor was in a stock used elsewhere and we got the ginger fibers leftover. Brussels sprouts were uninspired and soggy, and mushrooms were…definitely button mushrooms. The oysters were delicious though, and the horseradish sauce was good enough i ate it with a spoon afterwards.

   Wonderful place for a cozy upscale dinner! Very attentive staff and delicious menu - we tried different entrees and each single one was impressive! Lake view is a nice bonus too!
