   この予約サイトが信用できない 予約したのに席が無いからと20分以上待たせれた 他の予約サイトでこんな目に合ったことがない 味は美味しいけど、同じ値段で日本ならもっと美味しい物が食べられる スタックの対応は早いが雑で、客の回転率を上げようとしているのかと思ってしまう

   お肉が本当に美味しかったです。入ってすぐのお席だったけど、人の往来もさほど気にならずゆっくりお食事出来ました。

   大分前に予約(6:30)しましたが、入店できたのは7時頃で、入口と厨房から近い大変騒がしい席でした。 ウェイターはとても親切でした。

   ギャルソンの皆様の気遣いとユーモアがステキでした！ ステーキも食べ応え十分で、とても美味しかったです。非常に高価な食事にはなりましたが、ハワイに訪れた思い出のひとつとして奮発しました。

   First time there. Overall a good experience with very knowledgeable wait staff. Initially greeted by the hostess who wasn’t very friendly. I asked her about the kama`aina parking validation on the first floor and she made a dismissive expression on her face and said with a snarky tone, “I don’t know about it.” A hostess is the front line to greeting people with politeness and helpfulness and she was neither. A waiter who heard me ask her about the parking validation was proactive right away confirmed that there is a kama`aina parking validation at the customer service desk on the first floor. I thanked him and said to the hostess she needs to learn that. It turned out that the said waiter was our waiter and he treated us with top notch hospitality and made excellent recommendations. Thanks to him and the trainee wait staff who also waited on us, we ended up having a wonderful experience that ended with us eating our superb desserts! Mahalo nunui to our wait staff who served us and for letting me tell you about our experience!
