Wow I’ve never been ignored so thoroughly by a waiter. Literally had to get up to find him after 25 minutes of sitting. Then he disappeared forever. Managed to find someone else to help us pay the bill then he came by to offer dessert.

This my most common and regular dine in place. Last night probably was an exception but made me consider if zinque is becoming a low quality place. We waited 30 min for our order to be take. When the capacity was 10% and waited for another 30 min in the cold to pay the check. The waiter gave us an attitude on top of everything. Of course i didn’t give any tip but this isn’t what zinque was.

Another fantastic evening… food is delightful, all of the staff are amazing… nice vibes, nothing was rushed.. you have to try the short rib, delicious & the cocktails are to die for - 5 ⭐️

We came to our preferred spot for a great dinner with friends and their kids. Unfortunately there was a special party when we arrived with the sound system blasting nightclub bass levels. We were ready to leave but asked when the event was over and were told they would stop the music 15min later… which they never did (it lasted until we decided to leave). Even after multiple calls to the owner and service staff, who at one point told us “sorry I’m not making the rules here I can’t do anything for you” (a polite way to tell us to get lost). The restaurant asks for a credit card hold to reserve, and to confirm on the day off.. but never thought about telling us about this party ahead of times. Very disappointing.

We have eaten many times at Zinque but on Friday night at 5:30 the place was basically out of control. We could hear ourselves speak. It was a roar and beyond. Never again!

We love this restaurant but were disappointed in our happy hour experience last night. The serving sizes have shrunk and the meatballs were extremely dry unlike in prior visits. We will return but likely just for the regular menu

Yummy food, had the morel mushroom pasta and loved it. The grilled shrimp appetizer was to die for! Delicious. Loved our waitress and the place is lovely.
